These are our trading terms, when you buy from us it means you agree to our terms & conditions. It is worth taking a few moments to read through them because they explain how we will deal with your order.
Payment
• When you place an order we will ask for full payment before production , this can be made by setting up a trade account, card, cheque, bank transfer or paypal.
Returns Policy (Important - please read)
• If your item is made to order you will not be able to return the items.
• Please check your goods on arrival. The driver will require a signature.
• If your goods arrive damaged please refuse delivery. If you discover that the goods are damaged after the courier has gone, the goods will not be replaced or refunded.
Changes to these Terms and Conditions
Custom garden planters reserves the right to change the terms of this agreement at any time by posting a revised page on our website. The terms of our contract with you will be based upon those terms and conditions current at the time you placed your order.
Applicable Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England. All disputes arising out of your access to this website or any transactions resulting from such use, including (without limitation) all contractual and other relationships are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
