How Planters Are Made

Once all of the dimensions have been worked out the first process is to cut the various components to the correct size. This is done on a guillotine which is extremely accurate.
When all the sheets are cut to there correct size, they need to be cropped to allow them to fit together after they are folded.
Folding is the third process, this is done on a CNC brake press. Once set the brake press can fold all the necessary folds in a short series of operations.
After the folding is completed the components are ready for welding (or riveting for galvanized material).
We take as much time as necessary at this stage, accurately clamping the planter in position to create
a seamless finish.
Finally the weld is cleaned off and then it is prepared for its final finish to create a flawless hand made planter.
